The "Nurse Support ®" program was created with the sole intention of providing rapid support directly to the end user of our products. Our VP of Clinical Services, Diane D. Heasley, RN, CNS, MSN, MEd, CWCN, DAPWCA, is available to answer your questions securely and conveniently via the form below.

You can expect a response to posted questions within 24 hours.  If this matter is of critical nature that effects a clinical outcome for the patient or resident, you should call our emergency hotline at 800-594-8440. Ms. Heasley is a CWOCN certified wound care nurse.  She has served as both a Director of Nursing in skilled care as well as a licensed nursing home administrator.  Her career has taken her through the continuum of care and in to the world of Federal and State compliance.  She has created user-friendly, realistic prevention and advanced wound management programs which are CMS compliant. Ms. Heasley has been published for clinical research on preventative and advanced wound care as well as serving as an expert resource for litigators in the field of preventative, holistic care. She has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania State University, Yale University as well as Community College of Beaver County.  Her affiliations include the WOCN, SAWC, American Nursing Credentialing Council, PA Directors of Nursing Association, and the National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists.
